EEProm with NFC / RFID interface

With this new NFC/RFID on chip all NFC/RFID enabled devices like smart phones or tablets or RFID readers can read and write to the chip. The chip is a NFC/RID tag on ISO/IEC 15693 that you just solder on your PCB. The NFC/RFID antenna could be a PCB track, a SMT mounted coil antenna, a structure made by laser on your plastic enclosure or a customized wire loop antenna.

Stigmergy at work

Seven ePuck robots equipped with RFID readers move on the floor of an apartment that hides a hexagonal grid of 1900 RFID tags. The robots read and write information to/from the tags to build and store several navigation maps on the RFID floor. Each navigation map gives at each tag the distance to a given goal tag. Once built, these maps are used by a small ePuck robot, by a mid-sized Turtlebot2, and by a large Scitos G5 robot to perform safe goal directed navigation. To navigate, robots only...

RFID Reader and Writer System (13.56Mhz)

My initial implementation of an RFID System which allows for reading and writing with various options to Mifare 1k Class RFID Tags at 13.56 Mhz.

I take no credit for the libraries written by Adafruit for the TFT and those hardworking

individuals who worked on the SD and RFID libraries. Most of my code was based off of their work (which is provided on the Arduino web page) so I did not see the need to post any code.

Hardware Used:

Arduino Uno

MFRC522 (NXP) RFID Reader /Writer

1.8 TFT...

The New IC by Alien is called the Higgs-EC which boasts faster writing, increased sensitivity, and a faster read rate. The "EC" in the chip's name stands for Error Correcting. Errors do happen occasionally in RFID systems during bit coding and transmission. If a tag is damaged or hacked, the bit could possibly flip, which changes a number or many numbers in the transmission. The reader will then relay the wrong...

RFID / NFC 3D Printed Rings - RFIDmarket

RFID / NFC 3D Printed Rings

In this project we’re embedding an RFID tag into a 3D printed ring.

The micro RFID NFC tag is incredibly small and yet flexible enough to be embed into all sorts of objects.

It features a NTAG203 chip plus antenna and contains 144 bytes of read-write memory. It works with almost any NFC capable tablet and has secure 8-byte user ID.

Although we carry NFC/RFID rings in the shop, it’s much more cost effective to 3D print one and you can also customize it to any...

CAEN RFID - Embedded UHF RFID readers presentation

UHF RFID technology allows to read and write information on devices, named tags or transponders, placed on objects for their identification. Read/write operations can occur without line-of-sight, at longer distance and faster speed compared to other passive technologies, thus allowing a cheaper and more efficient process automation.CAEN RFID is a leading company in Automatic Identification (AutoId). It has focused its activities in the Radiofrequency Identification (RFID) in the Ultra High...

sp400 RFID Concept Demonstration

Concept Prototype of RFID antenna integrated with sp400 Hand Held AiO Wireless Printer Scanner. It can read/write RFID tags, it can read/write barcodes, both linear and two dimensional, it can print text with data from the codes or from a database or Windows application such as Access, Excel or any custom code written with the available SDK. See other videos for barcode printing and how we integrated with a PDA (iPaq of course) to create a very mobile marking system.
