Fingerprint reader security device concept
voir la vidéoThis is a video of me using my Fingerprint Function Creator (Tutorial/demonstration: www.youtube.com ) to open up this security device I made out of a dead CD burner. I made the device by taking out the lens and rotation motor inside the burner, then I snapped off the front-panel features and filled in the holes with epoxy. Then, I spray painted the whole thing white to give a clean look, and used side plate screws for computer cases as the device's "feet". Read more about my program here ... [ go to Youtube.com ]

Fingerprinting Added To OIA Security

The federal government and Orlando International Airport began Friday an expanded fingerprinting program for incoming international passengers. For the past four years, OIA and other airports have been collecting two fingerprints form international travelers, but the federal government said having all 10 prints is much more accurate than having just one or two. Raytheon - Personal Identification Device (PAD)
