Hi Jeremy, I m having a problem in my application with Matlab Gui -Arduino serial communication. I want to receive data from Arduino when a optical encoder sends me.
Is it possible to use an Arduino UNO as a USB to TTL converter for unbricking a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 Hard Drive. And if it is possible : how to program it.

Hello,
I am trying to control the Cottonwood UHF RFID reader with an Arduino Uno.
I am currently testing for simple communication between the devices, by turning the antenna power on and off.
According to the datasheet, the reader must receive 18 03 FF to turn on the antenna...

Thanks for that data sheet. Unfortunately is is not very good. While all the actual words are in English there is little sense in it.
How did you decide the baud rate was 9600? While it mentions the baud rate in the fault finding section:-
