CeBIT 2006 - Metro RFID

They are showing cool RFID technologies, like you would have chips in all the products in your fridge, and it would automatically generate a shopping list for you with missing product, then when you identify yourself at the supermarket with a special shopping cart, it tells you where to go in the store to pick up the product, and as soon as you throw a product in the shopping cart it adds it to your screen, and to checkout you could just walk out of the store and pay with your account...
