Netduino C# PoE RFID door access control

I had a version working with the Arduino until the push to the Netduino.

To be fair, the Netduino is much nicer than I expected.

PoE took a while and involved a lot of circuit diagrams and a steady hand.

The other issue was that the NFC reader is 5v and the Netduino is 3.3v

All working and card validation takes about 0.5 of a second.
