EECE 429 RFID reader

In hindsight, the LCD is working perfectly. The micro-controller stores one RFID card value and displays it on the screen. If a new card is read, it displays it on the top row, else if it's the same value, it displays on the second row. This happens, but it just flashes too quickly. Meh, that's not actually important for the project.
