You don't say which version of windows you are using. There is no windows 10 driver so you would be picking up a generic driver when plugging in via usb. If windows 7 or 8 then UNINSTALL (not delete) the Universal driver and install the US version 2.2.6. It wont be the printer as printers only print what they get....
