PassNGo

The acronym of RFID is Radio Frequency Identification is an innovative technology that is similar to bar code identification. Radio Frequency Identification is a short-range communication technology and is used in conjunction with our application. Our unique, iPad compatible RFID system comes with an antenna and a transceiver unit that uses electromagnetic or electrostatic coupling in the RF portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. This reads the radio frequency and then transfers the signal to...

Rfid Inventory System - Campion Labs

Keeping track of livestock can be a daunting task. Especially if you have a big farm with lots of animals. Luckily there are technology which is great to use just for this purpose. Radio-frequency identification or RFID is a small tracking unit that is implanted in each animal. With a RFID reader and RFID inventory system you can then keep track of your livestock.

Unlike a barcode, the RFID device does not need to be in sight of the reader for it to pick it up. The two main type of power...

Michio Kaku Interview about man injecting himself with computer virus

Michio Kaku speaks about University of Reading researcher Mark Gasson becoming the first human known to be infected by a computer virus. The virus, infecting a chip implanted in Gasson's hand, passed into a laboratory computer. From there, the infection could have spread into other computer chips found in building access cards.

All this was intentional, in an experiment to see how simple radio-frequency identification (RFID) chips like those used for tracking animals can host and spread...
