An RFID Based Secure for Key and Configuration Distribution for Contiki

In this work, we present an easy-to-implement

alternative to a simple network-wide key pre-distribution scheme for WSNs using a low

cost, easily integrable Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) Reader, in which the nodes

are deployed on Zolertia Z1 platform, while running on Contiki Operating System (OS), so

that the assignment, deployment, and replacement of encryption keys can be done easily

at any time via a readout through an RFID Reader and a tag that carries the desired

Scion tC Push Button Start w/ No Key

My 2006 Scion tC with a key-less push button start. This was accomplished by designing and building a RFID reader under the cup holder that detects the presence of the RFID tag in the key fob.

After the RFID reader detects the tag inside the key fob, a signal is sent to an actuator in the steering column. Which in turn releases the steering lock mechanism in the lock cylinder, allowing free movement of the steering wheel.

I know, it's a lot of work for a simple push button start, but...
